Forrat's Chocolates

All Forrat's Chocolates are made fresh, on site using natural ingredients like milk, butter, cocoa beans - no preservatives and no artificial flavors. Pure chocolate is imported directly from Europe.

Signature item- Gourmet Truffles

These bite-sized, mouth-watering treats are Forrat's specialty. There are many flavours (depending on the season). Custom flavours are available upon request.

Forrat's Chocolates uses fine European chocolate, as well as fresh ingredients and some liqueurs.

Selection and prices may vary per store. Some of our flavours are:

	Milk Chocolate - The base flavour for all our milk truffles. This is ganache (the creamy inside of the truffle) at its purest!
	Dark - The base flavour for all the dark truffles. A decadent truffle for all who love dark chocolate.
	Amaretto - A little taste of Italy. This is a liqueur made from almonds.
	Butterscotch - A bestseller - the sweetness of butterscotch in a milk chocolate ganache - it's a beautiful mélange.
	Chili - By popular demand, Chili has been a best seller since its introduction. Imagine sweetness with a little kick - not too hot - available in milk or dark chocolate.
	Mint - Take those other mint chocolates you've had before and multiply the experience by 10. Now add 'creamy' into the mix (available in milk or dark).
	Tequila Rose - Take pink liqueur that tastes like strawberries and mix with chocolate. Yum!
	Orange - Orange and chocolate do go together - don't just take our word for it - try it!
	French Mocha - If you like coffee, imagine a dark roast coffee with chocolate in one bite!
	Raspberry Wine - Combines a sweet, yet savory raspberry wine with chocolate (available in milk or dark).
	Irish Cream - Bring out the Irish in you - goes great with coffee!
	Dark Champagne - Everybody celebrate! This is a festive truffle, good for any location. It doesn't bubble, but it does satisfy.
	Peanut Butter - Those other buttercups have nothing on the freshness of a Peanut Butter truffle. Once you try one, you won't go back!
	Roasted Almond - A roasted almond surprise inside! Crunchy yet smooth - your mouth with be delighted (available in light or dark).

Caramel Squares

Delicious fresh caramel so soft it will literally melt in your mouth - that is, if you have the willpower not to chew it. You can also find fresh caramel in many of our other products.

Nut Clusters

These goodies contain peanuts, Rice Crispies, and a slew of other sweet tidbits. They are then coated in a delicious European chocolate and served with a smile.

Turtles

That soft, fresh caramel we mentioned… add chopped pecans and dip it into gourmet chocolate and voilà! You now have melt in your mouth turtles.

Candied Ginger

Straight from Australia, this candied ginger is dipped in satin-dark chocolate… a unique spicy-sweet treat that also is known to calm the stomach. Chocolate that has health benefits? Mais bien sur!

Coconut Macaroons

These are a delicious blend of coconut and chocolate, and are available in milk or dark chocolate. A staple for dessert, a popular item for any occasion.

Orange Peels

These are a French delicacy, homemade and delicious, dipped in exquisite dark chocolate. Grand Marnier, anyone?

Cherry Cordials

Maraschino cherries in a delicious chocolate shell… need we say more? OK. MMMMMMMMMM…

Ice Cream

Marc has also teamed up with a local London, Ontario company called "London Ice Cream Company" which uses fresh cream in their delicious recipes.
